Live BeeCams HD Streaming Video

There are currently four BeeCams …. #1, #2, #3, and #4
Browsers don’t generally play RTSP video streams used by cameras. 
But there are many RTSP video player programs that can.
An RTSP capable video player such as VLC  or
PotPlayer will be needed to
see the live video streams below in most browsers, such as 
Firefox, Chrome and Edge browsers.

BeeCam #1
BeeCam #1 shows a camera view of various stands holding hives. This view may change from time to time as the camera is remote controlled.

BeeCam #2 shows a camera view of the entire apiary, which currently consists of around 20 hives. This view may change from time to time as the camera is remote controlled.

BeeCam #3 is frequently moved around
to show a close up of a specific hive

BeeCam #3 and #4 show a close up camera view of selected hives’ entrances.
Activity at the individual bee level can be observed.

The live BeeCams may be repositioned at any time in
order to show other viewing angles in our apiary.

Bees are most active at the entrance during late morning till mid afternoon. Bees making the transition from nurse bees to foragers will explosively emerge in mass in the mid afternoon hours and perform their orientation flight in front of the hive. Depending on brood population/weather/season, it can be a spectacular sight to behold. Also, one can sometimes tell what flora is available by observing the color of the pollen sacs on the legs of returning bees.
